I dunno if it's the cloud or fog or whatever, but the scan is looking pixelated and in need of cleaning. I think whatever you placed on top is doing that. The light is kinda.. "Solid" no? That is a ray of light coming down right? >_< It's too solid. Otherwise it's really pretty.

yes, there is a great amount of emotion related with this wp however, i don't think her problem was that she did think a certain character fealt she wasn't good enough. i only saw the dubbed so i could be wrong but the problem seemed to be that a certain character loved someone else. the tears were done nicely and you've shown how thsi character probably feels pretty much throughout the anime in that she is emotionally torn and so on. when i first looked at this (not seeing the text) wp and its title, i thought it was [spoiler?] depicting a certain action in the end of the anime. it does in some ways but the text was a dissapointment. i can tell you had some trouble finding text that was close to what you were looking for. good effort; not a favorite but still enjoyable.

i thikn the scan originally shows cherise using her alter power? either way though, it is a really powerful scan. i have it set aside to possibly work with later. i have a couple complaints, first, like pheonix said, the light is really way too solid. it should definitly be softer >_>second, the grass. it's...the grass brush. i know you have enough skill to make grass in other ways. even if it inolves just making your own grass brush. also, the scan definitly looks grainy. very very grainy. finally, the lyrics don't really fit what she feels in the series. in the manga, if i remember correctly, she sacrafices herself, and ryuho is devistated...so, giving her life (which is what the scan portrays) was definitly good enough for him. and for a while he's even tormented by it i believe. it's been a year or 2 since i read that manga, but yeah. and i think it's the same in the anime. so different lyrics would be better i think. i really hope you go back and fix it, because i know you, if no one else can make this wall really powerful.

often enough, making walls do not have to display what the anime or manga itself is showing and hence I disagree with Kalico and Puppy, when it comes to potraying with the emotions set in anime itself. I find this piece very astounding, the feeling it gives is some kind of sadness of unfulfilled happiness or recognition, hence "nothing I do is good enough for you" greatly describes the greatness of the wallpaper itself, with the right scan, the right sort of emotions invested into it. The light can be softer, and perhaps, in my opinion due to the style of this wallpaper, it is actually good to make the scan lesser visible so it looks like it is fading into the background. I like it that way as it is now. For others, I find the way you made the wall is rather simple, the grass itself although not as original, is actually great, everything has its place and though this one does not really touch the best of your skills, I would say it is still a great wallpaper nonetheless, Cheers.

T_T *dies* I am totally beaten you know...I have been trying to re-cg this scan for a long time now but it seems I should be quicker xD The scan still looks a little grainy though. As for the grass...yeah I am with Kalico about that. You have the skillz to make those much better. For the emotions part...one has to read the manga or watch the series; nicely done. But you could have created a more creative atmosphere. Since it's you I am expecting that. Well anywys; you have done a nice job with this but could be better for sure.

I believe this is my first time seeing a S-cry-ed wall. This is very beautifully done, and that particular charecter was a good choice. I read another persons comment when I realized the wall does look pixelated and it looks like it needs cleaning, but it doesn't look like that in a larger view. It's just a great wall. Nice job.

I love the calm, peaceful feeling this wallpaper gives off. The overall colour scheme matches really well with the scan. The blue grass looks a bit strange though. Other than that, great job!

She's in a beautiful position and the background is ver beautiful as well. I doesn't blend in perfectly but I still love it.

Wow. I'm really liking this wall. Everything just fits well. The only problem I see with this wall is the light shining on her from above: It's way too solid. Other than that its pretty breathtaking.

It is possible to see that the image invites the spectator to live what the girl of the figure transmits and for my reason why I can see is a desire of voluntary sacrifice which makes nuy beautiful. Its like a pray.

I love this picture of cherise in s-CRY-ed. This is definitely the picture that comes to mind when I remember that series. I think you get major points for even attempting to wall this beautiful and emotional picture. I personally could never get the scan clean enough to wall, that and I suck at creating BG's.

However it has been mentioned quite a lot here but the only three details that could be slightly improved. The light beam is too clean cut and visible, I think decreasing the transparency a touch and adding noise or bluring the light would greatly add to the walls atmosphere.

Cherise is slightly blurry and pixilated I'm not sure how you could improve that, but I had to mention it.

Lastly the text, it does fit the wall you created but I think that the actual circumstances and emotions of the original moment would just fit so much better into your wall. Your Bg is so beautiful and you wouldn't have to change anything on it to create the picture's original emotions (love and sacrifice), there would have to be a fitting qoute about love and sacrifice somewhere in the music world. Thank you for sharing your beautiful wall.

That's one touching scan to start with, and a very emotional one. O_o I remember the scene of Scryed when Cherise did *that*. It severely made me burst in tears. LoL. Very, very good anime, and she is one of my fav characters (with one of the most powerful final alter!). I love the scene, the clouds are magnificent! The grass is very much grass-brush-like, which isn't much preferable, and the light ray is, as everyone here mentioned, too sharp/cut out. The scan is a bit grainy indeed, but as far as I can see, it's quite fitting to the graininess of the clouds stock.. dunno, I kinda like it ^_^'. Overall, this is a very nicely made wall, with all the emotional feelings, and Cherise! :D But there are still some minor tweaks needed to be done, in order to make this one of the best SCryEd wall out there! XD

Very nice and simple wallpaper from Scryed. The background is a little too hazy and dim. The background might need a bit of cleaning. The fog is covering the main parts od this wallpaper. The grass doesn't seem to match with the other concept of this wallpaper. The light from above looks okay, but it would look better without it. Very good combination of blue, white, and gray. The scan of the character shows a lot of depression and sorrow, wanting more in her life. Keep up thi work and effort, Asahi!

Beautiful. I love the emotion portrayed in this wallpaper and how it fits her character. While the background seems a bit bare and colorless compared to the scan it's still a very nice wallpaper.

I'm not an expert on how well you created it, but the emotion and drama the picture invokes makes it superb.

I'm not much on technicalities, I think it looks great. Very easy on the eye.

Well, this is my 1st comment on AP.

As a person who watched the serie I felt that you chose very well the words on the wallpaper and they are very descriptive of her situation. In other words, this wallpaper does transmit the sadness and feelings that she has gone thru. Blue been the predominant color helps alot too ;)

It makes me feel nostalgic for which I liked it... I'm currently using it :) I'll be looking foward for your next wallpapers,

I really like this wallpaper. I like how you used primarily blues and portraayed Sheris's mood so well.

The grass looks fine to Typo.. I will have to echo the sentiment about the light shining on her being a bit too solid though. Bright white clouds on a starry-night sky look a bit odd, but it actually works pretty good here. The bulb-like effects in the grass is a nice touch.

well there aren't as many Scry-ed walls but this is definitely one of the best. I love the sort of "holier than thou" mood that it sets along with a touch of sadness and closure. The colors in this wall work well. If I made this wall I wouldnt try making it better. Why fix what's not broken, right? Anyway, this is a very good wall. Nice job. :-)
