A free weekend at last! Instead of reading tons of essays again, well, I decided to make a wall by using an artwork from Hasekara Chiaki that I saw while browsing through the gallery. XD ( This girl is too cute to resist…kawaii ne~)
For this wall, I am using the actual scan since I wanna maintain the drawing style of the artist and it is also partly because of my weak vectoring. (I know that I’ll ruin the beauty of it if I were the vectorer now…lol)
Playing with the bg and abstract design just won’t suit her. So, I ended up yet again designing something with a Vday theme once again. (-face palm-). The style is similar with one of my previous wall as I used simple heart-shaped vectoring, brushing, patterns and textures. ^^ I did this wall for fun as I need something cute for my desktop. XD
I did a text-less version as well, for this wallie. ^^

Nice Reesh!! I love the color palette especially! Beautiful mix of colors. You really blended her well with all the little hearts so well. I prefer the textless version myself as I'm not a fan of text on walls though. Keep it up! +fav!

I really love the way the background flows with the colors and shapes of the dress, it's so pretty! Great colors through out too, gives it an overall warm feeling, perfect for Valentine's Day ;)

I'm truly love this wall, the character & BG are just perfect match, & i really like your BG design, it giving me a strong valentine feeling & easy to focus even when put together with other wall. The colour balance & the texture also are the point that make the wall so interesting.

This is a classical romantic wallpaper the colors fits so well the wall behind her i think is so well done, the back, the flowers, the soften golden-ocher make standout the hearts with those different patterns (good choose) and her dress, a beauty work Ree ^^ you should feel proud of it :D

Her dress matches the background. Ho ho, isn't that nice? Red-white-black for the girl, and red-white-brown for the background. Not exactly the same, but it matches beautifully.
