This is a request a friend of mines asked for some weeks ago.
I had so much fun after I extracted her. For me extracting is like tiresome, but after that I just let go and went free. I wasn't for sure what image of Noel to use or how I wanted it, but after seeing the main photo of her on the right I just wanted to use it and wanted to place another pic of her in there somewhere.
The squares took me forever, but even so they were awesome to do. =O I tried my hand on making my own bokeh brush and used it probably not like how most bokeh is used, but I liked how it turned out on here. =)
I was told that this friend really love her phrase "Nemesis Stabilizer" and that he even says it with her so I decided to include that in the wall and use it as the title.

I didn't comment on theO yet, but I already faved and such. :) I think this is great!! I really love how you combined both images. I also like the colors and textures!! :] The only thing I'd prefer would be to have the girl's image on the right...for her to be sharper (or her face at least), but other than that, this is awesome. faves

I like the image from right side, it's very different from other what I see before, the purple diamonds are like earrings, that's lovely :3

I don't play BlazBlue enough. T_T Now, onto the image... it's a good alternative, as opposed to the in-game one. Definitely one of my favorite characters of the series.
