LOL... the random stuff on the cover are a laugh! It's simple and funny.I don't see what's the matter with your vectoring, but I think you could have done a tabletop for the background - wood, or perhaps even glass, like a side table, where you can see more magazines piled under it. Good stuff!

Feedback: Feel the colours and text look a bit shy - like they can be a lot brighter and kinda more in-your-face - suitable for such a scandalous magazine (XD) Hevn's skin colour .. umm .. a bit dark or washed out or something .. Lips can be a bit more curvy maybe, not so pointy? No complaints with her hair and eyes look - they look really good :) And the chibis are very nicely done - very cute :)

Nice conept! Only thing that drags it way down, is that the text is very (boribley) bad. If you ask me, you sotra wasted the vector, sorry...:(...I mean, without the bad text, it could have been really nice..anyways, good job, i won't add it to my favs thou T_T sorry..
