So, I was actually making a Steins;Gate wallpaper for my friend, but when the floor is halfway done, I'm thinking that it would suit Rachel more. And since my friend is also a fan of Rachel, so I changed the plan and made a BlazBlue WP.

The inspiration came from a song from Steins;Gate, titled "Skyclad Observer", and as BlazBlue players know, Rachel is also an Observer (lol there's even her quote there), hence the title.

My personal favorite is the floor and the rose petals flying. (Rose is Rachel's trademark)

Really not bad. I don't like the glowing around her .. it should've been made a bit more subtile. Other than that however it's nice to look at. Thank you for sharing it :).

She's from BlazBlue, a videogame for PS3, Xbox360 and PC. ;) And nice wall! Fav!

Pretty wallpaper. Rachel is my favorite character. I like floor and rose petals, too. Text is very nicely done. Great work.

Darkness in the background is very gorgeous. It is harmonized with the lady's cold and pretty face.

The idea and composition are good; I like that 'matrix' txt in the back alot^^

The only thing that bothers me, it's the character could be done more nicely, I mean to be extracted better, without the 'luminescence' around; or adding to her more light, more spontaneous to make it look like magic glow))

all in all, it's pretty wallie!

nice wall right here :), altho the background is really so mixed i think it loses some of its touch, the glow kinda stands out more then it should in such an darkned place and i personaly think taking the quote off would bring it a bit more potential as well as reworking the scenario she is revolved in, nice wall tho :)
