Not a huge Naruto fan but you've done a pretty good job with the background, perhaps a few less larger stars and a few more smaller ones would have made the sky a touch more realistic! Good job for a second wallpaper!

I don't like Sasuke's personality any more...but this wall is pretty awesome and I like Sasuke's design on this image...thanks!

there are still some parts you need to go over with the eraser like on ear.

The BG looks good and your vector too so overall for your second wallpaper its a good work so geep it up and improve ;)

still, there are some things to improve:

just add some stars and make clouds look less realistic(I see you used brushes, yeah?) imo they just don't blend with Sasuke's - as he's vectored..

or just make Sasuke more realistic,lol:)) well, maybe adding more light/shadows to him will bring him more depth- it's only that needed here)) I understand, you're still learning, so keep it up!

Next time more detailed desription please, how you actually did the whole thing and which images used (if the vector is not own, should credit, nope?) Anyways there is a clash between the vector and the background, Sasuke is a way too flat and has too many simple color overlays on him. A night scene requires much more shades as this.

I really like the background on this paper because it looks so realistic,, but I think u should add more shading on his face or neck because his skin looks so flat.. Anyway,, this doesn't change the fact this paper still nice.. Well done..

As the darkness of the night fits Sasuke's dark nature it's a great wallpaper which also brings out the red anger in his eyes. Very nice!
