Vector is very nice, but I think the bg is VERY blurred(( it just spoils all the scene. I understand, that it's a kind of author's idea, but it'd be more better to make blur less blurred,lol) it all looks like you've just done the blurr on the random img and nothing else(( still, the attempt is nice.

The background is too blurry and the sun rays coming from the top left corner is wrong because you can see the sun coming from the background, next to the castle. Be aware of lighting on stock images.

The lighting on Naruto himself looks off - looks like you put three dots of soft brush on him. Also, the sunbeams look strange from the angle they are coming from. And, how others have said the BG is way too blurred.

To say the truth, I'm pretty sure that your wall got popular just for one reason, cause it's from Naruto. Except that I really don't see anything worth on it. The stock background is overblurred, the character seems to be squashed, (despite that on the render looks somehow ok)and lighting is off the course.

Nice work, very clear and sharp. Revision 2 better, but it does look a bit squished though...as if you resized it wrong.
