I was going for another color splash theme but also with the attitude that that comes with the anime. This vector I think shwos that a lot, the essence of the "angels". Enjoy~

[Well...] I think the graffiti texts didn't look so well in that brick wall. It's like they're there but like some sort of sticker for me, although the color splashes somehow help that a bit

The comment about the graffiti is a good one. The mortar of a brick wall gives the wall a texture that should be a part of your graffiti and splatter. It is a nice wallpaper but not paying attention to the texture of the mortar detracts from the overall effect.

it's a nice attempt, but i think it should be better without the shadows from the characters on the wall. Without the shadows there will be an effect like they are drawn on the wall (like the graffiti is). Overall it's a good job! keep it up!

The colors you've chosen for the wall don't match the lighting of the girls, who were in a darker scene for that vector. Having it one flat color too looks rushed and unfinished. Adding a spotlight over the girls would probably help to blend the whole scene. The idea is nice though.

You should try the different blending modes on the graffiti. And also, try different colors because these colors don't match. But it's a good start! I don't know if this could work or not, but you can try, just try and see if some kind of texture can give the wall a more wall-like feeling. It seems so flat at the moment.
