I had something more of an Alphonse Mucha style thing in mind at first, but I like how it turned out. Those clean sides make me want to use desktop shortcuts again.
I spent quite a while doing that outline/gradients thing with the scan. Compare:
Revision 1 just has a white border thing. I prefer it without, but I thought some people might like it.

Vector is done aweosmly! Great work with gradients!
I also love the simplicity style here, yet with some touches of complex things as that yellow/gold circle in the middle with symbols! +fav

Taokaka is the best character, this is a nice wall but the sides seem empty, perhaps some styling or something but not to much to take away from the center.

Oh nice, that looks really good with the BB symbols in the background. Nice coloring style too, you're right it really fits the background a lot better than the original would.

A simple addition to the vector makes all the difference. You almost got like a kingdom hearts feel to it with that in the back. It suits the character well. I see that you spent a lot of time working with it in the back and it shows. The colors you used compliment that character greatly and just overall makes this piece of art overall appealing to the eyes. Good work

Well, I find that the that the colors used was not wide range enough, and the sides look abit empty, other than that, it is a simple wallpaper that packs a punch. Well done! :D

Nice touch, I like how Taokaka's crest is placed inside a circle and Taokaka is colored with solid gradients; it make a feel of oriental and elegance.
the nothingness in the background further emphasizes the oriental feel and make it stand out.

Blazblue seems me a game full of fun. Taokaka is the character that I use at play and that seems me very interesting this wallpaper. Good job.
