The reason why I decided to make this wallpaper was seen after finishing the first chapter of Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi ,just at the end out this picture so cute of character Saitohimea.
It looks very moe and so pretty, is the chibi version XD

I made three versions: First version: Sleeping smiling Second version: With open eyes (awakening) Third version: wake up smiling.
Conclusion: I had fun doing it :D

this wall is so cute...i like how you vectored and the blur that you added created that dreamy atmosphere which added to its cuteness ^^ however, i'm not too sure about the font that you used at the bottom...maybe a softer would work....the first and third versions are my favorites they really reflect her state of having a sweet dream
