Nice wallpaper, even the craziest phsyco's look adorable when they've been chibi-fied good job. Not seen Sengoku Basara yet, it's on my list.

You did a good job with this overally, but I recommend you to shade those little chibis more and shrink your signature.

And about the background, I suggest you put on a slightly less simpler background while keeping the chibis as the center of attention. C:

This is really cute and I like it, but for some reason I think Yukimura's eye and hair color is wrong. The fun background goes well with the funny chibis though so you did a good job.
