I really like this one, only thing I can say is, is it possible to make the bottom bar more opaque, a little lights and it would blend well with the wall but still leave the tag.

I'm sorry, but being fairly familiar with the original scan it's hard for me to tell what you actually did to the scan to make it wallpaper-worthy. All I see is some blurriness and the black bar at the bottom that is doing you no good because it cuts off Ichigo's chin. The text in the first revision looks cool but I'd say you need to do more than add some text and blur to make a wallpaper

has itching in the head lol do not scratch so hard
