The character is Haruka Nanami from Uta no prince-sama. Haruka is really a cute character and since there weren't many scans with her I took a screenshot after seeing the opening theme. Hope you will like it ^_^

The vectoring is really clean. Though the whole thing seems super flat to me, like someone has actually squished it D: You only seem to have really small areas of shadowing, that aren't enough to emphasize the overall shape of her. For instance you have no shading under her breasts,from the thumbnail this makes her looks like a man, so some shadowing under her boobs would be nice, and showing creases in the rest of her cloths.
The hair is nicely done, shows her hair colour of well. And the amount of drop shadow you've got makes her look like shes floating xD

Very nice! Sorry I didn't comment sooner. Her hair looks very nice as well as the music sheets laying there. Her face looks a little off, almost like it's squished or something like Meron mentioned. Other than that though, nice work! Love the colors you chose and the vectoring is very clean.
