Eh. I thought my poor Lucia vector wasn't getting enough love, and there hasn't been a new Mermaid Melody wall in four months. Plus this vector has one of the highest ratings out of all my vectors so far, so I'm hoping maybe this wall will have a higher rating than my others.
I had a completely different idea for this wall when I started. I was going to go for twisty, viney, tentacle-esque vectors behind Lucia, but I wasn't happy with how it was turning out. I was also planning on going for a white background, but I don't use enough pink, so why not. Brushes came from Obsidian Dawn, Reminiscent Designs, and Sanami276. Enjoy!

Given the fact that it's a vector, perhaps adding a more vectored background would have been better. The blurry pink brush/filter work doesn't quite do the trick. Less is more. I'd go with less bubbles next time.
