the vector is well done, but the overwhelming brightness of the background hurts my eyes.

dude .. awesome .. amazing vector( i guess i am a bit biased here as op is ma fav anime) though i agree with MinstrelKnight's opinion.. itz a bit too bright. n e wayz ... i am sure u can modify that and make it an ever better wallpaper.

It's too much bright and the colors on the characters and the background look almost saturated. That's too bad because the chibi characters are cute and the background has a very good pattern. Lower the luminosity and this wallpaper will be very great! ^^

I'm not at all keen on the plaine skyline in the back - it just doesn't seem to fit somehow, bu the rest of it is pretty well done. I'm also slightly confused by the apparent depth of the door to the roof there - it seems not deep enough.
