I was scratching my head and browsing through QB scans only to find out... There is no love for Hachiel-chan.
So to make up for it, I took a screenshot from Queen's Blade - Utsukushiki Touhhi-tachi Ep 5 and vectorized it.
The screencap wasn't the best quality, so result may be poor/medicore (PS: but in the end this pic ended as wallpaper on my screen).
Added soft bloom effect to give the vector a little bit of "angelic" feeling. May upload no-bloom version some time later
Work done in ~5h
Hope you like it, please credit when used. ;)

Not bad :)
I really like the image and the colors, though there are some things you might want to take note of for future vectoring attempts:
1) Some of the lines of the hair is a bit wonky---almost as though you were converging two lines but didn't get them fitted right, and most of the lines that are overlapped with something are not matching or don't seem like they match up. I'd try to remedy that the next time.
2) The shadow on her chin is a bit off and is not symmetrical, whereas the line that defines her face doesn't match up with the line nearest her ear that a section of hair overlaps... the best thing to do is to make one line that makes up the shape of the face and then overlap the hair on top of it, that way there's no fear of having lines not match up properly.
3) The lines/coloring for the eyes is a bit wonky. Almost like you just 'burbled' the lines for her iris and the lines also don't match up there where the light and other colors converge with it. Also, the right eyelash is too opaque --- you can clearly see the line of her ear below it, and that eyelash just sort of stops in a square shape... where it should be a pointed end.
4) One section of her hair --- at the very top --- is not colored properly. It's color is not a 'shadow' or 'highlight' color but the same color as her skin tone. You might want to revise that.
5) Her wings (and the lines for it) seem a little too simplistic, imo. Likewise, the lines to show her ruffled feathers just sort of... blend in to the background, so to speak, and make it seem too 'square-ish'. In regards to the 'ruffles' I'd point those ends to make them have a less box-like feeling and maybe put some shadows/highlights in there to make it more defined and detailed.
6) For the highlights/light source in her hair, I'd try using some gradients to give it more definition.
I hope that helps and I'm sorry if I missed anything. I hope to see more vectoring attempts from you in future! :)
