This took me too long to finish, but i did it anyway. Another pastel wall. This is when Mugi ran after Yuu chan since he though that she would gone forever. It takes time to get the shadow of the mountain. Hope you all enjoy

I remember this scene when I was still reading Pastel.
My biggest problem with this would be the clash between styles you got going on (photo vs. vector). The whole thing would have looked better if you have vectored everything instead. I think that the vectoring part could use some more polishing to make it less rough looking (unless that was the style you were going for from the very beginning). Also, the way the light pole is casting its shadow doesn’t look quite right (it should be less wide, imo).
There a bunch of other things that could have been done to improve this, but I would refrain myself from writing them down. All in all, this still needs more work. Kudos on finish it though.

I don't mind the brightness of the sky; it adds to the scene. However, the vectoring is very rough and appears way too detached from the actual photo you used with it. It could use more lighting and detail to make it look less flat. Add certain textures appropriate for each surface; they would add a lot to the piece. Also, to my eyes the lake's color is a little strange - I am aware it is a sunset, but the saturation on it is a little too intense. The shadow coming out from the light post isn't quite accurate with its proportion. It should come out wide at first, but then gradually become thin with the pole.
Overall, the wall is missing that 'complete' feel. I am glad you were able to finish it, but it has a rushed sort of appearance. The composition is there, but the different elements of photo and vector do not harmonize very well. Always remember to keep practicing and experimenting!

Have you tried making your lines a little thinner? There's some overlap on the right hand side on the water too!

the lines seen a bit bold in comparison to the scene maybe use thinner lines or just vector everything

I like how this wallpaper seems to have a very "cartoonish" feel to it.
Some parts feel very realistic, like the water and the sky but then other parts feel very "cartoonish" such as the character itself, the light post and the mountain. I like the pause in motion, and the direction makes us notice the object in the distance. I feel as if my eyes were wandering all over the wallpaper though, as if my eyes didn't know which point to focus on.
Good job :D
