Its Takanashi Punyuru-I mean Subaru Konoe...

The actual illustration was based on Seiji's artwork if I'm not mistaken. I turned her into a race queen with this version.

Sorry guys no widescreen version for this one, but I provided a higher resolution than the usual.

The car model used on this wallpaper is based on the model I'm working with my friend for a certain game. Yes it is scratch made which was being developed for 3 years now for perfection (a real based car).

Though the livery isn't reak though since I'm the one responsible for that one.

The background is also rendered like the car from the back. I created the track background at the back myself.

Well hope you guys like it.

+1 for Takanashi Punyuru! Absolutely fantastic wall, being that I'm an automotive enthusiast and all that jazz. The only complaints I have are the fact that Subaru is vectored, when the rest of the wall isn't, and the lighting flare on the Subaru (LOL!) Legacy's headlight looks somewhat out of place. Otherwise, I may use this as my desktop! Out of curiosity, which game are you modelling that livery for? Fav'd.

The creativeness is good, but somehow imo the img doesn't blend well with the bg((

I'd suggest you to add some texture on a girl - a slight one;

I also think that the placement/perspective of a girl is kinda strange - try to move her somehow maybe it's just me

I also s would suggest to play with light- make it more dramatic, more 'furious' like in night racers tracks....

Overall, it's a nice wall, but still could be more improved, imo. Good luck!

Thanks guys, I'll play with the wallpaper a bit more and will post a revision later on. And thanks for the fav guys ^ ^

For those who are curious about the car, its currently being ported to the GTR2 (quite an old game but a very popular one since it has a million mods overall now). But we're also waiting for rFactor 2 to come out so we can port it there too.

I myself is interested on trying this with Shift 2, though that would take a bit of time...

Didn't know they had the new Legacys in GTR2. Great looking decal! Would love to see that actual car with in that livery

Me and my friend are working on this Legacy actually. We're working on the 2009 up to the 2011 bodykit. The one on the screenshot is the 2011 revision.

Yeah so do I, would love to see the R&D Sports Team to have such livery in the future. BTW Not a few hours ago The Legacy B4 won the 40th POKKA Summer GT special Round GT300 Category at Suzuka. ^ ^

Love the way you've customized her! And the car for that matter. It's unique seeing the 3D and 2D together in a wallpaper like this, but I think you've done it really well. It's all very high quality too, nice work!

I guess this will be my today's addition for my wallpaper collections, problem is... i use wide screen lol... i would ask "any chance for HD version?" but come to think of it, i guess it would be kind off difficult to adapt it to 16:9, guess ill be using this on my laptop. tyvm fav.

You kinda love cars, as I see (checking that previous Miku wall) There are some clashes between the simpler art style of Mayo Chiki and the the very real looking car, but I think I can still take it due the enormous effort putted in the art itself, making so many thing inside of it from a mere scratch. This wallpaper definitely could use more love. +Fav

The perspective is wrong and the blending isn't well done. The lighting on her is wrong compared to the shadow behind her and the slight gradient going up her leg doesn't make sense. The way she and the car go on the background makes it look like stickers being slapped onto a background. Since you did not do the vector of the character, it basically was like slapping stickers on a background...

I’m gonna be frank with you, this needs a lot more work. The character and background clashes too much, to the point of making the whole thing look flat (there isn’t a clear sense of depth between both). It really looks like a vector slammed into a rendered background (a sticker on a screen, like someone already said). In general, the overall lighting, shadowing and perspective are completely off.

Now, the render of the car looks alright, the background not that much though. The floor-ground texture looks awfully low quality, especially when looking it up close. The shadow under the car should be sharper (less blurred). At the very end of the car, the shadow looks weird. There is more, but I’ll leave to that.

I was really shocked and amazed when I saw this. I never knew Konoe Subaru(AKA Takanashi Punyuru) would perfectly suit in this kind of background. The Mayo Chiki logo on the floor also looks great. And since I'm also a Mayo Chiki fan(especially because of Konoe), it really fits my taste. Dude 15/10(more than perfect). Nice job and Keep up the good work. ^^
