This is a wallpaper of the character from Tekken named Raven. The wallpaper basically shows his name, his image and his fighting style, since of course Tekken is a fighting game. I added those sort of light effects because he is a ninja and of course the light and blur effects sort of define him a bit more. Took about an hour to completely finish finalizing it.

Photoshop filters are fun but overall don't do very well to make a wallpaper. You shouldn't depend on its effects to create effects that often. The overall look is distracting and doesn't match the gradient/solid background. The white bars for the text are also unnecessary to place text. Why is it tilted? The movement of the filter blur isn't even going that way...
