Well, I really love Keima and I have never seen a wallpaper of Keima only, so, It's based on my fangirlism xDD (that's why I didn't draw Elsie) I really hope you like it and, well, I think I've improved vectoring...

Great work, there's always a place in my heart for space wallpapers. Nice work on the lens flare overlapping the character, gives some depth, you could have perhaps bled over the character into the background a little so that the colors palette of the star background blended the character more! Nice typography too!

Good Comment

Good work on the character. It is clean but most importantly soft, particularly the shading for his hair and jacket. You could make it even softer (lines are slightly on the sharp side) with an 0.2px gaussian blur and/or resizing down the larger original vector, or making your base wall psd large and cropping it down to a useable resolution later. The placement of the star field is good because the way it meanders upwards creates movement and compositional balance. The text looks like you've just lowered its opacity a little bit, which makes it muddier/foggier than it should be blended. Try some different blending modes like linear dodge or something, and if it looks too intense that way, first decrease its fill amount to soften it, not the opacity. Finally, I agree with Bantam about the blending of the character and bg - the way they are now, he is too separate from the background and could use some more blending like he mentioned, and a gradient to enhance the lighting on him.

Good Comment

I like the colors and intense lighting in the corner. The character looks very clean - I think you did a good job on him.

However, the lighting on him is a little lacking, considering how bright the light source is. The main thing which is bothering me is that the wall isn't very cohesive as a whole. The character and BG seem too detached from one another. You could try blending him with different techniques, or even come up with an entire new background altogether (have a vector BG with him sitting in a chair, ect.). In addition, the typography isn't very elaborate. Even though you lowered the opacity of it, the straightness and boldness of the text type and color kind of make it distracting.

So great of the wall, you colour balance control are so very well. And the vector skill is look much more improve^^

So beautiful of the Space BG, good concept idea. Although the lighting effect look a bit lack, but I'm personal think it still Ok

And as the others have pointed out, blending of the character will make your wall look great a lot. Since you are using PS CS5, you can try the Feather Effect (short cut key: Ctrl + Alt + D) try to make your character's edge a bit blur. It sure will make your wall look Great & Smooth.
