Yep i'm first .... It's a beautiful wall ... as you said the color scheme is interresting .. i will say beautiful ^^ I love your vector : but please tell me how can you trace so thin lines (for the hairs ) ? Definitely one of my favs ;D

woah works kinda halucinating i think, the smile the colours the waving of the hair, nice =D might suggest flippin the image so that her face is on the left since most peeps have icons on the right but hey looks awesome this way a small colourd halucinating line of text with a small jewel thingy could look not bad also on it but nice nice nice nice :D

I really don't know what to say anymore everytime I look at your wallpapers. Just... wow. The only thing a bit weird maybe is that her forehead looks a bit too 'large' on the right side, but that's it. Gorgeous wallpaper as usual, buddy. :)

I really like that you took the chance to experiment with colors (I know alot of wallers too scared too and its pretty encouraging to other, more novice wallers .) This is an unusual coloration of the lovely Deedlit. It kind of reminds me of several of the Seikai no Monshou/Senki (Crest/Banner of the Stars) images. Still an excellent piece, though.

As usual, you made her eyes so full of depth and nuance, they really show a lot of feeling. That's what strikes me most, is the life, energy, and vibrancy you've made with the colors you've used. In a lot of stories, they say that magic is actually kind of the energy of life, being able to draw on that energy, bring it forth, and tend to it so that it grows and flowers being what a worker of magics would call their craft. Seeing this wonderful creation of yours, I can really get a feel for what those all those writers meant, and if magic truly does exist in some way, I think you may just've brought some of it out in your artwork.

As far as ideas for an additional element, I don't really think it needs one, but if you wanted to have some more fun with the psychedelic color scheme you created here, you could try having a kind of swirling magical energy ball (or wisp) on the right side where her eyes are focused? Then maybe put a few extra light flecks in her eyes that reflect it? Well, it's an idea anyway...

I have never heard of this show but that girl sure is pretty. She looks so innocent and pretty, did I already say that!!!

A change of pace I see... Usually your wallpaper has this menancing aura... But this time, it seems to have a soft and inviting aura... Well, I may not make any sense now. As I have said, it is different from your usual work, it uses more variety of bright colours, blended in. The implemention of the shades somehow does not serve the purpose... Some shades were unecessary, like those on her clothes I guess... The hair on the right hand is definitely too bright I think and the left hand corner was a little wee bit too dark. However, overall, it's a good change and a nice wall afterall... Going to look forward to your next wallpaper!

Imo, everything's so well done. All I can say is all the scans you choose don't look normal. o_O Her forehead is rather large. :\ But that doesn't affect the awesomeness of this wall! >:D

You've done it again, man. This is... *awesome*. The colors are beautiful, and althugh it's got a totally different feel from your other Deedlit wall, this is no less impressive. Only shortcoming, like Shinn said, I also think that the forehead looks kinda bulging too. Otherwise, great stuff!

Well, what else can I say that hasn't been said before :) Your work is wonderfull Grey, in fact it keeps getting better and better through each wallpaper, your vectors come out so diferent and unique that they just keep stunning me, and others everytime. Time heals all wounds basically meaning you have been away from walls for awhile but this one totally brings you back on the bit top! :P I had the same thing. You have to take time into doing these sorts of things. Even though people are anticipating what you make and they want to see it fast you really want to finish it off real quick so they are happy. Sometimes you gotta make them wait longer so that they would appreciate all the time and effort you put into. Im glad to say you did that. I wasnt anticipating, I knew always that you do a splendid job and you did it without any problems. Even if there is flaws there is no such thing is perfect art because someone always finds out in there opinions. Anyway great job and you know me how much I respect you and your work Ill add it to my favs! Cheers!

A near perfect wallpaper. The fusion of the colours are just amazing. The skin and hair just seem to glisten with the background. However it is only a near perfect due to as stated before , the bulge on the right portion of her forhead makes her face somewhat disporportional. IMHO, an excelent work over all, would be perfect if the bulge is removed.

Deedlit is already a favorite character, But this pic stopped me in my browsing tracks. The colors and that glow effect is just excellently done. Desktop Wall for the Month :D. My wife has even commented on the sharpness of this Wall, a rare occasion indeed.

wtf, yet another piece of art from grayserg. the colour combination and the techniques u've applied is really artistic, like some previous walls this wall also looked as if it was done with water paintings on paper(maybe exaggrating abit here). and u've made this elf looked seductive as well :)

I know Record of Lodoss is an older anime so the dated drawing can't be helped, but that was one of the two reasons why I never came to this page to take a good look at the wall. Now that I have, I am really impressed with the work the you put into it. The quality of the wall is nothing sort of excellent and it adds a gloss to the dated drawing. The color scheme is really beautiful. The floatiness of it suits Deedlit very well. A wonderful job overall.

Woah, maybe too psyhodelic for my taste, still a great wallpaper. A plus in my book is that the colors not too strong and thus dosent hurt your eyes >_<

You are obviously very skilled in vectors and this is anothr masterpiece of urs. The colours are very soft and calming and i luv how u do the outlines of the hair which is very thin and makes it very delicate......and dat's how hair is supposed to be. There's no need for any improvements and if anyone says it needs improvements, they obviously need their eyes checked!

At a closer look, it looks like (to my eye) that there are some minor mistakes with the forehead, and left eye laches. I'm not sure if those are intentional or not. The palm of her hand looks a little big for her stature.

Holy God that is beautiful. Words can't even begin to describe it. The realistic and beautiful smile, the colors, lighting, shading, it's perfection, it's like looking into a real image from a high quality camera (with of course anime looks) The hair is just done perfectly and the effects done in whatever image editing software you used is done exactly right. Only complaint I have is that you don't have 1280x1024, but that's just a minor issue. =p Seriously though, some beautiful work there. (clicks favorite)

What a great picture of Deedlit. It really jumps off the page! It really shows her in all her beauty along with her cutness that was surely appreciated in this awesome series. This was really the first series to get me into anime and I fell in love it with her help. This picture makes me fall in love all over again, not just with Deedlit but with the whole series as well.

Очередной Robin-TYPE! На сей раз из давно увиденных Лодосов. Не скачивая – попробую найти нюансы. *))) хотя тока ВАУУУ на уме, и все по той же причине – сам бы так – ого-го. Непонятное чувство вызывает это изображение. Толи съесть то ли?.... Сочетания цветов предают вид – карамельности – и брилантности. – Вобщем ГЛАЗИРУТЕСЬ. * Если бы не кулак… и будь возможность еще подправить – то наверное я бы добавил светлости по краям так как делаю это обычно для придания кавайности. Но это в моих работах, а тут – иной стиль которого ты четко придерживаешься. Мне бы так. *))) я все время в поисках – поисках своего собстенного стиля которого и придерживался бы – его я ищу уже два года если что ^_^

It absolutely beautiful. The colors look great, so much so it's hard to believe this is an experiment. I also like the soft look and feel of it. As far as adding anything i wouldn't recommend it, the only change that could be done is make the colors match the character more. Still WONDERFUL job.

LOVELY colors; it's so very Deedlit but still in a very unique/unusual way. The way the hair is dark and sharper on the one side then feathers out and melds into the background on the other side is absolutely great. I love it!

It looks depressing with all the grey coloring. I like better if she is in her natural color, forest's colors. But, that's my point of view and a bit of suggestion if u like to make a new color for this piece ^^.

I like this wallpaper when i like look at it for a while but when i stare at it for a long time it starts to freak me out because of in the bg lol his eyes freak me out thats all and this really wallpaper really displays the movie well but if i were you i would also put Rei in there to because she was with stuck with that guy in the movie and i liked how you placed in the corner and seems like everythings finally over for them when i look at it thats where my eyes go cuz i dont wanna look at the freaky dude but i want 2 look at something calming Nice work there

WONDERFULL...

All it took was the thumbnail view for me to appreciate just how wonderful this piece looks. But the one thing that prevents me from using it personally for a wallpaper is the fact that there's no 1680x1050 or any other high-res widescreen versions around. I'll add this to my fav anyway... but I hope someday you'll come back to this and add those resolutions in.

Probably my favorite paper of yours. I love the colors, I love the subject - the tilt of her face is beautiful and you've made it dynamic enough that I can almost touch her hair.

Very nice wall, the shadow on the chin is odd though. There seem to be two triangles overlapping.

That's just beautiful, I love the colors...I came out like cerulian colors but mixed with a bit of pink... it looks so soothing and lovely, I'll fave it! ^_^
