Adding a third color to the hair for highlights can make the piece seem less flat. Same for the clothes and all other objects, including the background. Check around the galleries for some samples in vector styles.

You should add illumination effect，or it looks that this wallpaper is out of line.

It's a nice vector in the terms of quality and sharpness, however as Red-Eclipse pointed out, only two versions of each color leave a flat feeling. I myself use at least 4 - light/darker shadow/base shadow/base color. Also gradients can boost the overall quality greatly.
