The vector is really nice, but I guess I should focus on the overall layout and design of the wall since you just put it all together! =P I'm really liking the colour scheme used here. Really eye-catching, soft to the eye, definitely loving that. The snow, in particular, is really really nice. It's soft, doesn't stand out, and ultimately blends perfectly between foreground and background. I notice it when I look at the picture as a whole, but it doesn't stand out when I focus on the character. One thing I do have to add is that the background lacks a little oomph to make it perfect. Maybe because it's quite plain (which isn't necessarily a bad thing!), so it doesn't do the vector justice. If I could just see the bare outlines of some buildings, I think it would be a nice touch that makes the wall perfect.

For some reason, I love these kinds of wallpapers. Although it looks a bit blurry, I think that is what makes it really beautiful. The colors are really soft, which sort of matches the expression on the vector. The bold color in the center also draws you towards the face. Very nice job~
