so I'm that loser that only just got around to remembering I intended to check out Soul Eater. Kinda in love with it, especially Excalibur. He makes me for to smile when he acts all awesome and nutter butters.
I just wanted to make a wall that had him in blue with a glow, that's all I knew when I set out. It makes him look like he's just got lots of energy or power in him, but it doesn't take away from his appearance and how it doesn't mesh with the legendary sword reputation at all.
The hardest thing was choosing a font and how to apply it, only putting it on the curved line was an easy option, but it all worked out, I like it.
It's a simple wall made for fun, but that's what I like about it. It was just an entertaining way to spend a little free time and I'm happy I did it.

LOL Actually the font is so crazy and obnoxious it fits Excalibur. :P The only thing it could use more of is the glow you were talking about. Too much muted blue, especially on the right side. I think a highlight towards the center for a burst of light look would make it stand out more. Right now it's a tad flat.

I like the glow to excalibur. It makes him stand out.The font if you look at first is a bit quirky though it suits the wallpaper as a whole. Nice work.

Great creativity! I don't know if you made all of it (Font excluded) but you put it together pretty well. Font and placement of title: Really good actually. I would have preferred some sort of "flat ground" lines conformed beneath his feet instead of the lines continuing without 'noticing' him. I have yet to start this series, was put off early on because of the crappy CGI at the start. May read the manga.

I actually quite like this! O: Its Blue and glowy Nice!! I love how you've done the bg for him, suits him. I find it strange how you love him.. he annoys me silly xD
My only tips for this wall would be to extend the line thingys farther to bottom left corner of the wall. And Also Change the typeface, Something smooth, a san serif would probably be best. Something that you can jazz up your self, like...something that would go with those little dot/splatter brush :) But the placement of the text, very nice :3

The wallpaper is nice, but I feel that there needs to be less distinction between the stock, the effect and the text. Currently, due to different shadings, the three are seperate, and they appear to be three features competing, rather than working together.
Even so, good job. Better than I could do, I imagine.

Ah Excalibur. The character is rather amusing. A little annoying at times, but amusing all the same. The glow and font really do suit the character, and look great to boot! Keep up the great work!
