Ouran High School Host Club All the King's men

This wallpaper looks really washed out. The filters or textures or whatever the background is made out of makes it look super low quality. Almost raw scan-like. And the horizontal white lines going across don't add to the piece and are rather distracting instead. Lastly, the text's placement is bad, in that it looks like you placed it in the last available empty spot. Drop shadow on it looks horrible and the white box around it just clashes with everything. And the font is bad.

Are wallpapers filtered into the gallery anymore?

I liked this when I saw the small image on the front page, but when i see it close up there are a lot of things that aren't working in your favor. for the BG you have the white rays with shadows on both sides, but for the text you have the shadow on only on side, and the white bars have no shadow at all. That makes it hard and confusing on the eyes as to what your perspective is.

Also, you applied a gray layer over the whole wall which makes it a bit hazy, but added white light spots randomly which do not correlate to any set light source. Also because the light spots are the same color as the BG they do not actually do their job of making things "pop" out to the eye.

I also think it would look much better without the quote at all since your wall is already busy enough.

Guess we can call it a typical effortless wall, which barely met the minimal requirements. Somehow not sure how could you make such a vector looking that bad - guess the coloring of washed-out colors is which gave to it the final blow. Also the grunge stripes doesn't really work on a clean vector base. I didn't said anything positive, cause there isn't anything positive here to begin with. I/We usually await that people get better with more wallpapers and learn from previous mistakes, but now I'm not sure seeing this terrible piece.

I'm sure other people have pointed out before me, but the colours are really, really pale. Considering how vibrant the colours and these characters are, it's really a shame. Aside from that, the image is really well organized so it makes a pretty wallpaper.

Nice job! But my complaint its about, like others said, the backgroud (?) in low quality. The render its so pretty, but that things, behind, its weird. And kind of took the beauty ;s
