This is really lovely. You chose a nice vector, which makes a huge difference. The background really compliments the vector as well. Usually when someone uses a vector that was already in the gallery, they muck it up with brushes or a background that they put no effort into. In this case, though, you've done a nice job. I normally hate the font that's in the background, but it goes so well with the artwork for the series that I don't mind it. All the colors work well, no matter what revision you look at. The pattern in the background is nice without being distracting, and the bubbles are a nice touch. Great job!

The words "Kobato" looks like it's low quality. The tiling is also kind of distracting, especially with the addition of the bokeh. The colors are cute though.

It's really wonderful. Arts in the background make her be very calm and pretty. Her bright and pure face is flowing soft and smooth atmosphere in the wallpaper.

Great selection of vector and I like the colour of this wall. It is adorable and I should say that you've made a great choice by combining the soft colour tones.The colours complimented the vector well. XD I prefer Revision 3 btw.

Anyway, just as mentioned by Red-Eclipse, the use of bokeh can be distracting. The bubbles I mean. In my opinion, you should moderate the use of it on the character. Vary the opacity so that the 'bubbles' or bokeh effect does not cover the character too much. Placing the 'bubbles' as bg is fine here.

For the bg design, I would prefer that you experiment with clouds or perhaps play with stock photos and brushes to create a soft dreamy theme. The placing of faded hearts are fine. However, the placing of the typography 'kobato' and circles seems to be not working here.

Great job, btw. Good luck in experimenting and you will be making wonderful walls soon.
