Don't use stroke when vectoring. Actually draw the outlines. Also, keep it consistent - you have outlines for your flower petals but no outlines on the character. The color shade you have for her neck is ugly and I don't know why there's a lens flare there. The lighting doesn't match the vector. If the top of her head is glowing, why is the light source back there?

Filter>Render>Lensflare in Photoshop I DO NOT recommend it as a way to make the sun. It's actually very noobish.

Lens Flare is a big no-no for such simple vector based wallpapers as your is. Also if we are by simple, such a close-up doesn't look appealing with the simple color overlays. Try to add more gradients next time, following the proper light/shadow directions. Your vectoring also needs more training, except the stroking, would be better if you would not combine style with and without outlines. By this one outlines could make it looking much better.
