Well, I've been working on this on & off since Christmas. Wanted to tackle a color wall as my other was black & white. And this scene from the manga is one of my faves. Coloring was kinda difficult as the mangaka's coloring is more pastelish. But I tried to stay as true to the art as possible. This is my 2nd vectored ever - vectored them from this manga scan. Used picture tubes & various filters for the background. And had to find just the right font combination for the words.
Thanks for everybody's great help in Session Zero. I was really stuck for a while & couldn't have finished it without you.
Anyways, I'm incredibly proud of this & I hope everybody enjoys!

Interesting, I see you moved a way from the glowing effect and dimmed it down to just an ol' circular pattern. The musical notation is a nice touch and fills in the space just fine. Matching the color to the dress is great. Only issue is perhaps that the text doesn't quite stand out enough (the yellow parts), but it's fine to defer to the color coordination I guess. Good job!

This is a really cute wall of Sano & Mizuki! The background is nice and doesn't overpower the image and they both just look so happy here!

Hmmmm... when I read the manga I didn't picture Mizuki's dress being yellow. Come to think of it... I don't think I really thought about what color it was at all. I like how happy they both look in this wall. Both characters are always so drama-ridden in the manga that it's rare to see them smiling.

i don't like to read girl-comic so much but i read 5 story and this is the one. i like this story and i like your wallpaper too. i know this story from my friends they like very very much that make want to read it and i can't stop to read it. i like sano best but my friend like nakatasu 55+ but what i like very much is sano go well with mitsuki.

I'm glad to see this scene. It was one of my favourites. I think the colours go well with each other and the music notes compliment the wall very well.
