I believe the mangaka who illustrated Deadman Wonderland also illustrated the manga version of Eureka 7. So it's interesting that you said that. Perhaps character designs were made by he/she.
As for the vector it seems to be fairly nice and clean. The colors seem directly sampled from the image I'm assuming and could use some tweaking, they come off as fairly dull and could be brightened up a bit. My only other problem is it's kind of small, I like big big pictures!

Yeah the colors in the original scan were actually even more dull and washed out than the colors I picked, but thank you for the feed back.
