Akira Mikazuki Let's All Get Wet!

I really like the effects in the backdrop. I think you could probably get away with varying the line thickness in some places, and adding some more blue in while doing that. It will make her look a little less like she is popping out. Maybe even add a horizontal line to make the composition a little more dynamic.

Right now she looks a little to out of place in the design. With her being a pretty dark shade and the backdrop being so bright, they don't harmonize to well. Maybe if you had her a little off center it would help out also in making it more dynamic.

When i saw this as a thumbnail, i was really to impressed by that fact you've cut the top half of her head off. But now that i look at it.. I rather like it o.o .. Only thing is i would have cut a little lower you can see lines from her nose with is a little distracting and mostly... Unflattering. I think keeping the colours of the original vector would have been better, as her hair and swim suit are darker. This would have given a nice contrast to your bg, IMO!! Normally i don't like something thrown in the middle but because of her body position its worked really well :3

I really like your background!! The 'rain effect' it actually really well done. I love how you have that big thick one on the left!! But your typography... If you have it going across the left of the page (were i put the note) It would have been ten times better! Types are thing to get, and when you have something where everything runs down the page, its better to put the type in the oppisite direction, other wise it could be drowned out!! O:
