Hi!

I used this scan

that I vectored and changed: I added a woman's breasts (I thought it was more in the spirit "Mermaid" and her expression of defiance), a pearl necklace, pearls in her hair and gloss. Then I made the BG in painting a sky that I made the reflexion. I drew some rocks too.

The background is looking good, though the rocks look pretty rough for stones, making them, and the water level could be nice. The character also looks good, but her hair and the sun is very bright, because at sunset it could be a bit darker. Nice wallpaper though.

The first version is definitely my favorite because it has so much color and I feel it emphasizes the mermaid more. Normally I'd also gripe about the sunset shadows and such (peeked at Himitsukou's comment above) but here they look good enough and I for one don't have a problem with them :) And while I'm not normally a fan of ecchi, I commend you on adding bigger breasts and actually making them look more realistic rather than bouncy or overly perky.

Only thing I'd like to comment more seriously (?) on are the pearls: I read the description hoping to find out what exactly they are (pearls or water droplets) and I'm glad you clarified that. I mentioned this because they are too opaque to be water drops and too...floaty? to be pearls. I think you should add some means of attaching them to the mermaid's hair, such as thin strands of hair bunched around them (don't know if I'm getting my point across well - it's basically making them look like beads actually pulled through the hair). Right now they look like they're just...floating?

This wallpaper is really nice. I think you can make the light a little bit less strong, also maybe you could try and smooth it out a bit.

1st ver I like more, cuz it reminds me Lorelei mermaid from poem)) Vectoring is awesome, and I like the pearls you added)) The rocks look realistic, too)) +fav and it's good you've added breasts cuz she looks on the scan somehow strange ^^

The transluscent aspect of her tail with the sun at the back looks really great. Though I agree with Himitsukou about the rocks ...

Nice job with the additions to the mermaid, but the pearls... The necklace doesn't really seem to be on her body; it looks like it's kinda floating in mid-air? The loose pearls do look more like water droplets; not really necessary, in my opinion. Love the change in background coloring, though. Unfortunately, the rocks definitely need more work. Looks more cel-shaded, which doesn't really vibe with the rest of the wall. Nonetheless, great work on the wall as a whole!
