I love Tony Chopper!! XD I really thank the work of the vector to hao-sama! (really well done, I love it!) Vector.
I did the rest, pattern and brushes is not so much a complex wallpaper but I love the concept and I think you will like it also!

You have should select rather a color which is also present on the character itself, now that purple doesn't really matches with anything.
