Well, I see you made a time consuming job, but I must say that not everything is in place.
Initially, I must mention about the sequence of chosen colors, mainly black color that was selected as the color of the buildings behind the image of the character, which by the way, is blending in with the environment, thus avoiding its prominence and a great development scenario. You could change the color and position something more visible, of course, so to speak.
On the question of the character, like the vector, but the color of the face is uneven. At least here, you can see that the right to the left, color brightening is more, with the front part (the top) of white hair, being shaded, and only the lateral (bottom) which is illuminated. The scarf also has this same detail, beyond mentioning the clothes.
The snowflakes are poorly made, however, if you cause great snow effects, brushes Axerider recommend them, they have a great quality of design.
On the issue of vectorization of the post, I must say that only the tips are uneven, and the middle is more "up" than it should be.
However, I must say that I enjoyed.
