Hello all!
Redline time.
I liked the art and music from the movie quite a bit and decided to make a wall for it.
I used seven screencaps as sources for the wall.
For the text/font, I tried to create a font that looked like the one used for much of the films' promotional art and posters such as:
The wall is titled after the ending credits song Redline Day, with most of its lyrics in the background.
The wallpaper was made with Illustrator.

First off, great design! The way you split the letters 'RL' at first gives you the impression that it's random, and then you see it XD Really impressed to see you vectored all of those characters too---not an easy task! The shine across the middle is a really great touch as well. Nice selection of revisions too, I think the white one fits my desktop best! XD

Don't keep the background blank with written repeated comments........ use some racing shots in the background. it will give more life to wallpaper.......

What a great wall Scorpedo, cleanly vectored and cleverly designed. I love the colours in the Redline pictures and you've captured them perfectly. Set against your Typographic backgroumd, wow it just works so so well. I had to read nat's comment before I realised that the picture shapes actually formed the letters R L, =P Very Very well done there, exceedingly clever xD
I like the fact that the Typography doesn't take the focus away from the characters being featured, if anything it's the perfect backdrop to help you focus on them.
A fantastic wall, keep up the great work!

Amazing job on the design/concept here. It really really flows together and all just fits perfectly. I didn't even notice that it all formed the R and L until I read the comments. That is also very cool. I love the way you placed the characters and the the vectoring itself is great. The subtle text in the background is a nice touch. You notice it but it's not so bold that its distracting. Love this! +fav

Oh Gosh, I'm a sucker for typographic wallpapers, and honestly this is one of the best ones I've seen lately Love the integration of the characters and the contrast in the BG colours. Congratulations, keep the awesome work ;) (not using it bcuz you haven't my screen resolution avaliable =< )

I can tell a lot of thought went into this wall. I like that each screencap is a different side of their face. The red blood splatter really makes the whole thing pop out. I like the text in the background, but the way that "red" and "line" are bolder is a little distracting and unbalanced. But that also helps give it definition. All in all, pretty good. I like it.
