The Magic of Snow

-GAAAAAAAASP- 0_0 .... It's so .... beautiful.... I have been away from AP for pretty much over a year now ..... and i couldn't have found a better reason to come back >_<. Thank yew saku .... chu is awesome >_<. Also on a side note it's also ironic cause it's supposed to snow tomorrow. By this point it's anything but magical --. In anycase i love the gray scale like motif and it looks wonderful on an iconless desktop :3. This must have taken some work 0_o. Tonikaku .... thanks again .... now go sleep ><, tis late XD.

The background looks nice, those walls and the wind is looking very good, though some clouds outside would also look nice. The character is looking good there, he fits to the background well, his hand could be in grey though, not black. Nice wallpaper.

I love the grey tones, the monochrome look, you've done it so well. And the overall atmosphere you have created is just so moving, a sweet melancholy seems to pervade it. Which fits so well with the character you have chosen, who by the way is my favourite ghost =P Frau is sooooo Smexy xD

Your background is amazing, the cathedral like setting fits perfectly with the character, giving the walls' atmosphere the perfect backdrop. I love the aged look too, it's so well done. I understand your reasoning for not having anything outside the arches in the back, you are trying to show the brilliant light outside that is shining through... I would have liked to have seen a few stray light beams shining through to emulate that however, and a glow to show that the light is so brilliant. The edges of the windows / arches look a bit too sharp up close on full view too, I would either give them bolder dark edging or blur them slightly to soften them.

Your material shading looks amazing, it really does have a 'flowing' look to it, just be careful when doing that that the colours aren't missing lining up with your lineart, or it will look slightly odd and out of place.

That said, your swirling snow and light motes are just magical, the perfect blur to give that sense of movement and lightness, lovely, just lovely! Fav from me, thanks for a beautiful 07 Ghost wall =3

There is some aliasing on the nose that stuck out to me. Also, I think the face would look good with some light shading, maybe around the eyes or brow. I love b&w walls so I had to comment. It's a fav from me, nice work.

Aww, it's so whooshy! That's what got my attention first! All the lines and shapes really work and flow together well, almost like an abstract piece. Up close I just wish his face had a little more something...perhaps to be more in shadow with just the edge of his face/nose highlighted, because the flatness and lack of an eye are throwing me off a bit. But great work overall!

This is a beautifully composed wallpaper. The monochrome color scheme calls to mind the melancholy of winter, and I love how the light and dark tones are balanced in a way that draws the eye to the center of the image. Your portrayal of the wind definitely makes me feel like it's actually whipping around the tall corridor, not to mention that the lines you used to depict it offset the tall arches of the cathedral ceiling. I want to shiver just looking at the image! You did a great job, now get some sleep!

It's been a while since I last saw an 07ghost wallpaper - the wallpaper is overall nice but it kinda reminded me of a particular waller's style ( I won't mention the name) but I must say this wallpaper is very clean!

Clean vector as usual~ Proportion of light and dark in this wall gives a nice solitude feeling. The blur and focus of winds (and those whatglows :3) are also nicely done.
