well, for this wallpaper, i just cut out the picture and put a "wrinkled paper" effect, the same with the logo. i wanted to create a "scissors-cut" effect. i made the paper-bubble in photoshop, the same with the letters.
this is the pic i used...![]()
hope you like it

I do like the idea of the wallpaper, use the wrinkled paper effect. Might want make "Bleach" a bit bigger and more flashy. Feel like the wallpaper don't have any focus.

Don't this scan with such simple art looks really good with a scenic background - because wooden floor is scenic and the shadows/lights don't really fit the perspective. You are making one wallpaper after the other, but walling isn't about pasting a extracted renders into anything what you spot. A bright colored manga strip would fit here so much better.
PS. anime logos doesn't really help any wallpaper, usually is the very opposite, they just distract without any use

Okay, first off ..... HELL YES WE STILL WATCH BLEACH!!! D<
(so sick of hearing this crap about Bleach. If you don't like the show, don't comment on the walls! It's as simple as that!)
Now, on to the wall itself =3
I like it =3 It's simple, it's clean and it's well done! I love the crinkled paper effect. You've taken an awesome image and given it that awesome artsy cut-out look and done it with style. It can often be done poorly, but not in this instance.
Also, your Happy People bubble showing that the theme song is playing from Ichigo's wristwatch/mp3 player, I thought was a nice touch.
Not sure what Aki is going on about with the Anime logo comment seeing as I can't see any Bleach logos on your wall AT ALL...
My only critique would be to watch your use of lighting, it honestly does seem a little out of place to have such a dark bottom to top, if anything I think it should have been brighter against the leading edge of the image, and darkening to the edge of the wall.
But all in all I really like your wall, great job and keep up the good work! =3
GO BLEACH!!

Nicely done, loving that slightly crumpled paper texture you added. Too bad the entire manga couldn't be as detailed as this :P

I like the wrinkled paper effect and the 3D-ness you've got going on, but the background isn't working with this sort of effect. I think it would be much better if the background were either plain, or you had some sort of scattered paper in the back, or manga strips, like someone else suggested, to really make it look like the picture is a cut out. Maybe even add a pair of scissors to make it more realistic

I actually made a wallpaper with this concept more than a year ago:
I'm actually a little suspicious because the concept you used is so similar, right down to the wood background. But I'll give you the benefit of doubt since you're still pretty new around here I guess.
I like the typography you used, and you've chosen a nice sketchy scan to work with. To have the speech bubble in a lined paper format is a great idea too. And actually having the logo there is fine, just that you should add a bit of shadow underneath it too, as of your original version the logo looks like it's sitting on the same layer as the characters, which might not work to the effect you wanted.
Keep up the good work :)
