Well, I think you've made a lovely wallpaper.

You've managed to give her a serene peaceful feel with your lovely colour choices and the fact that you added in the light shine to give her that celestial feel.

Your lines are nice and clean, your colours without leaks or blank spots, which is nice to see.

However I do have a few suggestions on points that you could improve upon.

• Avoid blur if you can. If you can't then use Gaussian blur on low settings, as low as you can get away with. You've given her eyes a vacant empty look by blurring them so much, whereas if they were crisp and unblurred, they would look far more alive. Gradients would be a much better choice here than blur. If you don't know how to use gradients, then even using a soft brush tool with the opacity lowered would be an improvement, blending the colours that way but not detracting from the crisp look.

• Shadows!! You need to take note of shadows that may even be missing from the original scan you're working with. (It happens all too frequently unfortunately.) As it stands you have only two shades, the light and the dark. To give her a more filled out 'real' look another dark shade and a brighter light shade would benefit. For example; Where her clothes wrinkle and fold they overlap slightly and would create shadows of their own, here you would add a darker shadow than you already have as the material is closer making the shadow denser. For the white of her clothes I find it's helpful to choose a white that has a slight hint of the darker shadow colour, so it's just off white in that colour range. That way when it comes to doing your brights on clothes you can use the stark white to show the brightest spots; where light would be brightest on the clothes.

The same technique goes for hair, remember shadows and brights; where the light is going to be brightest and darkest.

I hope I haven't confused you too much, but these few points have been extremely helpful to me in developing my vectoring skills.
