Also if you submit a wallpaper, you should write a more proper description about the work process itself, if you really want a feedback on it, cause most people wil not even know how it was made. And if you used the character vector of somebody else, please give him the proper credit, and if you did yourself would be good idea to submit as well. Main problem with the wallpaper is the lower compatibility between the background and the character itself due the noticable difference of the brightness, her clothing has a way too much white/light purple compared the dominant darker red color of the background. Since making the character darker is rarely a good idea, maybe the background should have a little lighter colors. Also for the background brushes, the hearts itself are decent, but the small stars look a way too generic, I would myself not use any of default brushes of Photoshop, at least not in a too visible way. And your signature should be smaller and go a way lower to be covered by the taskbar itself. There are some issues,but not bad for a first try though.

PS. The vector outlines have some weird anomalities, certain parts are blue. Since she is a common black outline vector and not a colored one, probably the blending of some part was changed to overlay/or similar effect which made it partially transparent and suffered those coloring errors.
