The overall layout of the composition works alright, but sadly it also comes as dull and uninteresting. The whole thing looks like one of those wallpapers companies put on their websites. Is this a good thing? Not really. Those wallpapers are usually rather crude and uninspiring.
The background shapes could’ve been a lot smoother for a better flow. The halftone effect on the sides (not the stars) is not completely seamless (y-axis). You can clearly see the point of intersection between one shape and another. Some people might care, some don’t. I do though. To me that’s breaking the continuity of the shape-effect.
Still, for your first attempt making a wallpaper, it’s not that bad. So keep practicing and don’t let this comment put you down, because that’s not my intent here. Good luck.

everything you described, the truth was on purpose, I thank you for the comment, actually really like the wallpapers which you can't find anything to be all so full of colors and vectors. n_n

It's pretty simple, but basically the whole series has simple art as well. My recomendation would be to use less generic brushes next time and trying to experiment with higher variety of them.
