So you seem to have trouble creating backgrounds. Usually the enlarged ghost image of an existing character is the cheap and ugly way out. The way you've placed the characters also creates a hole right in the middle. You then added random vector shapes to simply fill space. Especially in HD resolution. Use the wallpaper examples below as inspiration and hints on how to do composition.

HEY! Glad to see your handiwork in AP, but I see your wall needs a little more work in the background, Red-Eclipse is right, you should see more examples for you to breathe in, and that experiencing so you can create something beautiful.

I agree with Red-Eclipse, the background can be improved but your vector of sakura is fantastic :).

Great concept! It just needs work. Try removing the large ghost image in the background. I really like the large border for some reason. Keep trying I would love to see a third revision of this.
