Holy crap, it's been a loooong time since I submitted. But here you go--a crappy Boogiepop Phantom vectorishy thing!
I did the "vector" (I quote that because I'm still not sure I'm doing it right) myself. I didn't spend a whoooole lot of time on this...it's painfully simple, and your icons might fit nicely in the boxy part in the bottom right side. I called it "Schoolgirl Fabulous" because, well, she's in a seifuku, and she looks like she's doing a don't-care Michael Jackson-catwalk-disco thing. Yyyyeah.
Anyway...constructive criticism is much appreciated, and I hope you enjoy.

oooh i like it very much, nice funky fresh purple is, altough purple is not really ma colour i find it fitting for this wallpaper. Avery risky vector i say taking not all the stuff but still doesnt look bizar ore sompt. nice job and keep it up

interesting wp, i kinda like the simpleness. the purple is nice. i think the banner thing is my fav part. very cute wp :)

A simple but interesting design wall...I love the choice of purple...I like the texture on the background as well The girl and text work well together...the rainbow band is great The background still feels a little flat though...especially in the light purple areas

i really don't understand why this has a C rating. i like the monochromatic aspect of it. the concept is highly interesting. the figure is superb as well as the design. the only thing i can think of to change would be the font of the words. but i'm not really sure what i would change them to. really a job well done.
