Hello AP and MT again.

Been a long time since I've last submitted a wallpaper.

Was a busy year 2011, and also lacking in wallpapering spirit.

Somehow came across some media stating Pikachu's liking for ketchup and searched for the scene in youtube. Did a screenshot on the moment Ash took away Pika's ketchup.

Googled a Heinz ketchup and edited it.

2-3 hours.

Sorry for the short comment. I'm having a headache now. headesks

CRIES A RIVER

I was rotting away at one corner of the campus since it's the first day of class and its common to find lecturers giving brief introduction which takes up a quarter of the 2 hour or 1 hour period, or might not even bother to enter. LOL.

Honestly, I was just trying to make a very very simple and nice wallpaper out of sudden guilt that I have not been contributing in AP for a very very long time.

This is adorable. XD

I like the concept of this wallie. The vector is clean and sharp. The same goes to the simple design that works well with the bg. The use of soft coloured bg is good to highlight pikachu and the ketchup. ^^

Good placement of character and colours. I like the 'peinz' ketchup concept very much!

A great Vday wallie for me...who is not in the mood for lovey dovey thingy currently. XD

Yeah that is g1 pokemon when they went to some old western town. Pikachu fell in love with theb katchup bottle and was just pouring it all over everyone's food

I really like it. The only things I'd change are the tip of the nose and how the highlight of the eye cuts into the borderline of the eye, breaking it's wall and cutting into the yellow. But still those are the only flaws I can find. I LOVE how the background sets the mood for the wallpaper, and I ESPECIALLY love how you did the bubble surrounding the heart coming from Pikachuu. It has a real cutesy feel to it, and looks fantastic. Amazingly done.

I fell in love with this the moment I saw it. Even though the background is white (normally not brilliant as a desktop wallpaper), the colous were still fresh and bright and they really showed up well. The way it was presented was really professional and I can't believe you did that in only 2 to three hours. I loved those dots of pastel colours as they are so alluring and charming and the way Pikachu looks so bold and simplistic is just so captivating. This has to be my favourite fan made wallpaper ever. Oh yeah and the ketchup design was ingenious. It combined what everyone knows as a ketchup bottle and mixes it into the theme of the wallpaper. Once again, I think the wallpaper is AMAZING.

Oh my God, that's adorable. Based on an episode where Pikachu held on to a ketchup bottle for the whole thing. I love how simplistic it is, yet gets the perfect message across: Pikachu loves ketchup. Though I wonder, would he be happy with any bottle, or did he fall for this particular bottle? BTW, I really think the top of the tomato should have the little green fuzz still on it. Just my opinion, it's still great.

It is not always the amount of details that makes a good wallpaper. Sometimes, a simple yet unique idea (in this case to find a certain screenshot from an anime) can create a lovely wallpaper for Valentine's day. popiahime's "Pikachu's Valentine" is funny to look at (I totally love the bottle's design!), and it composes a sweet design for people's desktops. Even though I'm not a big fan of white backgrounds, this one fits really well to the composition and the rest of the colours.
