I was looking for a wallpaper like this! You've chosen one of the best scan of Asuka! But the real nice work is the Lineart and Colouring! simply Amazing! The Asuka part is perfect! About the 2nd Evangelion I understand why you left the details of its lineart, too many, but on the Overall wallpaper, just that part make the all work not as good as it is. You should try to put on the details on the Evangelion, or try something else in order to make it work. Typography is very very good! I like that. ;D

You did it again, Bro. I've actually wanted to use this scan myself but your execution was way better than anything I'd try. It's a very interesting concept, the idea of blending unit-02 in her hair was brilliant and they typography is well placed. However, like you said, something is really missing. Cannot determine what that could really be but I guess adding more images and expanding that idea of yours could work. What I mean is more things related to asuka, maybe other characters as well. This came up because the way the unit takes shape and form from her hair made me think that it somehow shows the inner traits of her character. Things that maybe she doesn't want to show but it's up to the viewer to understand the truth behind that expression of hers.

Finally,I'd vote for a different font colour. To be more precise, maybe change Shikinami's colour to red or green. Also, can't say that I was really fond of the grunge textures used but that's because I have a knack for clean wallpapers and because I believe that the distortions are more visible than they should be. Apart from that it's still a nice touch.

I like the concept a lot.

Asuka having some bandages with an eye patch is really hawt. At first I thought it was really cool seeing how her hair flushes out into Unit 02. Then I looked at it as her hair transforming into Unit 02 devouring everything around it then I lol'd. The texture is definitely an improvement from before. It help kills some of the empty space and adds some personality.

I am not too sure about the creamy yellow color. Although I can't really suggest another color though besides making it more towards white. Definitely something is missing to make this wall better. Not sure if you could play around with the concept of Unit 02 having more detail the further away it is from Asuka. Kind of like melting down something and putting it into a new mold.

I think another thing is that it feels static like a mountain. There might be some berserk Eva 02 image from the new movies that you may be able to work with to make it feel more alive. I deleted my 2.22 so I can't really search for a pose.

It is not too heavy but created the grungy design for it. Plus, I like how you have vectored Asuka and the Unit 02(is it called that? I haven't really wahtch Evangelion) as if they are blending in together.

I've just rewatched 2.22 today and went looking for an eva wallpaper. This is quite possibly the finest eva wall in quite a long time! Great colors, great vectoring! Awesome typography. This is high quality work!

The way her hair shifts into the Eva is amazing. Will be storing for future use (probably after I see Eva:Q). Her face looks too pale/white in the lighter versions, so I'll be using the yellow-ish one. :D
