Basically drew a sketch (Somewhat of a Reverse Cinderella. Cinderella => Suitor, Prince => Princess)http://img341.imageshack.us/img341/8710/yuridhkprev.jpg
Inked it, painted it. Started painting the clouds and ended with some highlights on some of the clouds. Vectored some straight line shapes for the fence. Did a bunch of arching and centering. Placed a glass on the left, right, and center. Added shadows to the floor. Added textures to the arches/fences, ground. Made some color adjustments.
I'm not quite sure how well the high contrasts works on other people's monitors. I checked on my laptop and desktop (LCD/LED), and the color seem to be okay. If it isn't, I can just adjust it.

this is wow, really beautiful and gives off a really soft feeling, but the only thing that's bugging me is her.... her dress is too sharp, the edges that is^^ but i really love the clouds in the background, they're really well done^^

I really like the background design. The clouds look really detailed and the color of the girl's hair is also one of my favorite parts. Its beautiful, awesome work.

her lifted leg is bothering me a bit, not because its lifted, just that it looks a bit abnormal compared to the left leg (proportion wise)

Don't take this the wrong way, because I think this is an okay wall, but I like your sketch even more. The sketch lost a little something in translation. The BG did not do justice to your sketch, but with that said don't stop sketching. I really like your starting point.

You could work on the lighting to the clothing of the characters. The entire front portion of their clothes are a muddled color and while I understand where you got it from withe the light source, there are still a lot of inconsistencies. (The top of his head vs the top of her head, etc.) The rim of light along the bottom of the dress is also something that wouldn't happen in that sense.
Otherwise mad props for the original art.
