Anyways I'm digging all of this in since it's my want---Reimu to be blue-themed. Liked her from her original Red-White theme but this is great for her, you know... she looks more adorable.

The blue sparkles add to the mystic image the wall seems to show us. Instead of the usual Yin-Yang orbs of hers this can be an alternative.

Another beautiful wallpaper, live the mist and rain style with the highlight of light blue upfront. I believe think the factual expression is a little off, giving me a impression of tired and unhappy. Think tweak with the eye a little would make it even better. Over all Fav. Excellent job.

It's been sometime since I've last tried any commenting. So I'll just say what comes to my unprofessional mind :) First: Render choice. Pure awesome. I looked at the source and it's pure awesome. Great choice of render right there. With such an awesome source, it's fairly difficult to make it better.

The face seems fairly untouched, but the hair is different. I think that's the lighting which you introduced with those orbs, right? I think it looks fine without any lighting effect on the skin, though, so that's good. There also seems to be lighting effects on the clothes. I'd say that's a good effort, and it makes it look nicer.

Onto the light orbs: I like the effect which you added in. It gives the fairly plain(in terms of 'magicalness') render a good dose of what seems like magical power. That's very fitting for Touhou/Reimu. So that's another + point. Actually it's a very big + point. The varied sizes and the spread give a really really nice effect.

Onto dislikes: I dislike the background, because it's really plain. Clearly, the star of the wallpaper is Reimu, so that's clear. I was wondering if this could be better as a vector with all those light orbs instead, as an improvement/different view of the original render. One particularly fitting background I thought was a garden(I seem to love gardens too, so I'm biased) like that of the PS3 game Flower Level 4, with all those blue flowers/grass that gave out light. (Watch YouTube if you don't know what I'm talking about, Flower is very relaxing to look at :D ) That might give too strong an effect, but I personally feel it beats a purple/blue smudged wallpaper. That said, I'm not saying that the purple/blue background is a bad bad mistake. It's good, but I thought my suggestion would be an improvement. I hope putting such an environment would be a possibility you consider in your future works. (I looked at your other works. Your backgrounds currently are very abstract, which are nice backgrounds but I guess I've seen so many I can't say they are very great backgrounds)

Tell me if I missed anything. Good effort and keep it up.
