To create this vector I've used this Wogura's image:

I used Illustrator and I prefered to change the dress colors, how you could see I didn't use trace-lines but only contrast more area colors and shades made with the pen-tool.

Good work on the dress and stockings/heels... but I think it'd be good to have some strokes on her face/chest, especially since the colors/hues don't differ greatly.

I agree with Lokilis. It's well done and will be using it for now until another revision is done.. if you're willing to. Strokes to define where something is split I think is important.

It reminds me of images in my collection. I feel a slightly brighter contrast would brighten the definitions. Other than that nicely done. :)

really good but I think the lack of border lines is a flaw in this beautiful frame.

Changing color to Miku, is not always a good option, you made a good job, but i find something that pops me, her neck and head seem to be in different places, like if the neck be more back than the normal, and the head seems more in front to the neck than usual.

Her left heel seems the bottom is a little larger showing the soil more large, maybe it's just and eye illusion, but that's what i saw
