I found a picture of a hallway, made it wallpaper-size with the help of a few brushes, then tried as much as I could to blend the image of Shinji in. Also added a few contrast, hue and brightness tweaks. Title is from the David Bowie song covered by Nirvana.
Edit : added shadows. I'm not really good at this. thanks Horseradish

This has a very End of Evangelion feel to it with the opening scene in the hospital to it. He's pretty distant at that point so this fits very well for me!

Loving the dark feeling it gives and Shinji blends in perfectly with his white uniform contrasting the dark hallways. Great job!

This is pretty catchy and cool to me. Nice work man. \m/ I do wish that there was a widescreen of this one. D: But, oh well. XD
I love the overall mood and the drama of the wall----of how it looks and feels empty but full of meaning at the same time. What I could suggest though is to add a subtle shadow of Shinji so that he would blend more into the background and not look like as if he's been pasted on.
Other than that, very nice job. I really like the simplicity of it.

If you'd work a little more on it, it would make an even better wallpaper. I personally love the concept. But there's a lot of things going on with it. Biggest issue is the low quality feeling it gives :P. Not to mention there's no widescreen, or higher resolutions available. And though most people say Shinji blends well, I kinda think he needs a bit more work, maybe a darker contrast. I'm telling ya, it can be much more awesome than this :P
