Not a huge naruto fan but this is pretty cool. Love the lightening with the glow over the noise. A lot of wallers wouldn't use noise effects but they look cool when used right!

I love naruto man, this wall is really great. Next time try to make vector a little smaller and add some background, that would make it more intresting. Looking forward for more of ur walls :)
