Good use of the coffee brushes and texture, it created a nostalgic kinda feeling to this wallpaper. X3

The placing of the text is fine, perhaps you should play around with more fonts and find something classy and cursive.

Anyway, I like the placing of the character. Maybe you can use brushes or other tools to highlight the colour of the character. Make it stand out a little rather then being blended in too much with the bg or texture.

Well done, mecha! Hope to see more of your work soon. =)

great advice thanks :)

But I have a thing against cursive fonts. They're hard to read and hard to work with while serif fonts are timeless and as classy as cursive. Serif font give the old typewriter feel. Cursive is more suited for romantic or a wedding setting ;)

Definitely a wall that caught my eye. Revision 4 is probably my favourite due to its dull brown background along with the coffee brushes adding an "aging" effect. The typography's placement is well done but I might prefer giving it a lower profile (it seems to "pop" out more than the character... or maybe it's just me...). That "nostalgic" feeling is undeniably present as well. Anyways, good job and I hope to see more from you!

I tend to focus more on the typo so it's not just you ;P

The problem is not much on the placement, it's more towards the blending. I need to figure that out a bit. Thanks for the advice. I'm glad you like it :)

Nice wall, great work with the coffee stains and typography....I love your last revision, in my pinion it is the best.the colour works great compared to the other revisions
