I cant believe you can make something of this quality with gimp, you are probably the most skilled gimp users I know now! Love the choice of image it looks really amazing with the final result!

damn, son. I cannot even make a good stick drawing with GIMP. I love the overall atmosphere here, you have chosen a good palette. Where most artists would have opted for dark, gritty, and brownish-gray, you decided to go with bright and airy. I am not usually a fan of line-less vectors, but it doesn't bother me as much here. What does bother me, though, are the white kunai; they look like they're made of dragonbone (in which case, awesome).

Interesting scan choice, I love the perspective, the wall is just so dynamic. Good work, friend.

The first one I think has a very magical fairy kind of feeling with the sparkling water in the sunset like light. The kimono and obi are simply precious and delicate and very distinguished. The second revision is more mystical in a night feeling, it has more mystery and a more vampire romantic aura about it. The moon in the background is very nice too.

The lighting in this one is less dashing than the first one but non the less very well done. Vectoring and composition are pretty classical but technically flawless. In the second one I would suggest doing something darker behind the white decorations on the kimono in order for them to be easier to spot. In that light the detail gets lost in the whole.

I just realized that the reflection of the moon makes her look like she is getting out from the water. Maybe darken that part of the background or remove the moon would help undo this effect if it was not a desired one. Two thumbs up anyways!

Like you I am not a Naruto fan. What catches me and make me comment is the cool colors and skilled vectoring. They look so refreshing. Also, whole art is nicely composed that's why it's lovely to look at. Can you please add the link to the original scan?

Wow!! Great work on this wallpaper, really like the colors quality that it has which make the charaters stick out moe. I most say, that this wallpaper is by far the best naruto wallpaper i ever seen. Awesome work!

omg Raffa! when i first saw this wall and noticed who the waller was i was surprised xD u're right this isn't ur usual style^^ but it looks great, normally one would think that this is something completely different from ur usual style it would take away from ur ability to wall it, but u've proven that wrong and to top it all off u made this using gimp....u have defied the laws of physics, u r now working under the laws of awesome! ur vectoring is flawless, the lineless art work looks lovely, ur gradient is great and the fact that u stuck to the original scan is wonderful^^ this is an easy fav^^ edt:i noticed this after reading brosteb's comment, the kunai knives do look like they're made of dragon bones, nice^^ but i think to stick to the naruto theme u'd want them a dark gray or something like that^^

I should mention that Naruto is my favorite series of the moment, I have to say .... Previously, he had seen this wall in the gallery, but I like your version much more, the technique you used I like and looks good for this type of image. Although a little bright for me or maybe the colors are clear, they dont let me distinguish well certain details of the wall (because I have some trouble seeing certain colors). But in general your wallpaper is just amazing, because obviously I'm a big fan of Naruto! Well, Congratulations on your wallpaper! .... And of course I'll have one of my favorites! .... n_n +

how they say, your are really skilled whit gimp you used a colour pallete really good, and you draw really good but there is something I don't like in the perspective, I feel a bit exaggerated, try to be more careful with it, but anything else. everything else for the final work is amazing. exelent work.

Actually, it's series, and especially, not expecially. Naruto fans, not Naruto's fans, but if you are referring to Naruto, it should be Naruto's fans, without the "the" but your confusion is not much of a big deal.... Although this is a good vector, it seems so unnatural to me. Naruto and Sasuke look more of cartoon characters to me rather than anime characters. Not with the bodies, but with the matte colors. But I won't denigrate your hardwork, this is still great. The matte is only a personal issue.
